Sixteen years of public service.
Our principal, Scott Mead, served 16 years in California law enforcement, retiring as a sergeant. His work included major-event command and serving as his department’s Infrastructure Liaison Officer.
Through Four Hearts, Scott owns and manages rental homes. He knows what a property takes after the paperwork is signed: repairs, tenants and the long view.
His public-safety background shapes how we look at any property: access, neighbors, response times and the questions that come up after you move in.
Four Hearts is not a real estate brokerage. We rent homes we own, buy homes for our own portfolio, and provide research and consulting to public agencies.
Based in Hollister. Serving San Benito County, the Central Coast, the Bay Area and public agencies statewide.
